We specialise in strategic planning for the Judiciary as well as developing national justice plans. Our involvement often extends to the assisting the Judiciary in implementing these plans. Our Implementation focuses on greater efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, accountability and access to justice in the daily running of the courts.
We assist the Judiciary in, among other aspects, the introduction of Judicial Centres of Learning, Court Managers, Court User Committees, assistance for Pro Se (unrepresented persons), the development of new case flow systems and the integration of Sustainable Development Target 16.3.
We have also innovated in the area of enhancing the role of the Judiciary in deciding its budget while still ensuring that the three branches remain separate and independent.
